Fairness-audit citation cleared
The usability rubric on the reviews chapter now cites public RNG audit references rather than operator-specific language. The change is intended to keep the rubric applicable to any candidate platform.
What changed
- The fairness-audit axis on the /reviews/ rubric now references public RNG audit documents rather than any platform.
- No axis has been added or removed.
- The reader-facing flag for the axis is unchanged.
Why it matters
The note exists so readers can track material corrections and rule amendments without scanning each chapter. Material corrections appear on the same dated register; interpretive changes are flagged separately.
