News note ·
Online Gaming Act 2025 references refreshed
Statutory language and rule references across the rulebook chapter have been refreshed against the public framework. The changes are language-level, not interpretive, and are intended to keep the published text aligned with the most recent official references.
What changed
- The references in the affected chapter now cite the Online Gaming Act 2025 framework as the central reference and the Public Gambling Act 1867 as the parallel framework.
- State carve-outs are now listed in the dedicated jurisdiction page at /is-legal/.
- No change to the editorial framing of the publication.
Why it matters
The note exists so readers can track material corrections and rule amendments without scanning each chapter. Material corrections appear on the same dated register; interpretive changes are flagged separately.
